Even though we represent individuals and businesses throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, we strive to give our practice a small-town feel. A significant portion of our legal practice revolves around our title business. We handle all matters related to the sale or purchase of residential or commercial real estate, from the negotiation of terms through the closing. We also handle real estate disputes, including quiet title actions and title insurance claims. Our attorneys also work with borrowers who face home foreclosure proceedings, helping with loan modifications or restructuring, as well as sales.
We work with executors, administrators, personal representatives and heirs, handling all matters required to settle the estate of a loved one in probate.
